ABOUT

The mind is a beautiful interface that allows us to perceive and explore meaning into our lives. It's also this same mind that clouds the knowing that peace and joy always, and will always be, what we are made of. So how can we return home to our natural, abundant Self?

Through the philosophy of yoga, psychology, energetics, neuroscience, and the breath, we explore this homecoming.

 

You will find lessons, wisdom, and practices that have been a part of my calming and joy centered healing journey scribbled on the pages of this blog; and like most things in life, it's best to explore with an open and curious mind. A mind that is malleable is one that is able to influence and change your life for the better.

It is my intention to create a space where you receive guidance and inspiration to transform, heal, and connect, and to know you have all that you desire already within. We just have to clear the clouds that are obstructing your view.
