Meditation Script: The Heart is The Way

Hello and welcome to this guided meditation experience into the energies of body and soul, possibly in a new way.
As we begin to settle in to our meditation practice, give yourself a few moments to move in any way so that you can shift out any physical sensations that may be distracting to you. Whether you are in a seated position, a supine, or laying down, position, or anything in between is completely up to you and what feels best in your body at this moment today. Try not to force your meditation to look a certain way; rather allow your body to guide you into a place of comfort and stillness.

We will be observing, without judgement, visceral feelings within us, and deepening the connection and awareness of ourselves and all beings everywhere. Hopefully you can come into a mindset of strengthened hope, love and compassion.
Allow your eyes to become heavy and gently close them. And bring your awareness to the breath, ebbing and flowing within you. Not trying to change the breath, just observing it in its natural beauty, whatever that looks and feels like to you right now. Be here for a few moments, just you and your breath.

Now slowly take a full belly breath in through the nose - and softly release that breath with an audible "ha" sound.
Repeat this breath a few more times, settling deeper and deeper into your body.

Continue with these beautiful long, slow and deep breaths for the duration of this meditation.

Keeping your eye's closed, bring your awareness to your third eye center - the space between your eyebrows. And with your mind's eye focused on this area, begin to invite a softening of the tiny muscles in this space. You are beginning to feel lighter and more relaxed.

Now move this soft and gentle awareness to your temples. Allow your eyes and cheek bones to ease and soften.

.
Release your tongue from the roof of the mouth. Inviting an openness and relaxation through your jaw.

.
Bring with you these yummy feelings of relaxation as you travel your mind's eye down to your neck. Feeling the tension and stress slowly melt away.

And moving to the shoulders, allowing them to rest in a warm and relaxing softness down and away from the ears.
.
.
Travel your awareness now to the hallow of your throat. Feel the energy here reverberate as your slow, long, and deep breaths travel through.

And we now approach our final resting place, down deep in the infinite layers of the heart space. Here, we immediately and eagerly embrace the warm loving kindness that radiates out from this space. And watch, with each exhale breath, this sensation of unconditional love growing and expanding to fill your entire body, and radiating from you as it slowly and consistently expands throughout the all space.

We move throughout our days sometimes with foggy minds, unclear paths, harsh judgements, and feelings of unworthiness. You are not alone if you experience these feelings, for at one point or another every single human has felt various forms of shame and unworthiness, wether they are aware of it or not.
.
If you are ebbing through an experience relatable to these low vibrational feelings, come back to the knowing that there is a strong flow of love living within you at all times. Sense this warm feeling of love that is radiating out from you, that which connects all things together through its common vibration.
.
As we near the end of this meditation, realize that you have used the power of your mind to cultivate the warm softness and loving kindness that is within your heart. And that the mindset shift created from you embodying these compassionate feelings is accessible to you at any moment. You are so worthy of the love that you hold inside of yourself. And the more you radiate that love from within, the more love you experience in your human existence.
